Executive Academia – Refund, Withdrawal & Deferral Policy

Executive Academia (powered by EduCareerMY) supports students across multiple academic pathways. Refund and withdrawal policies differ depending on whether the programme is a direct pathway via Executive Academia (Qualifi programmes) or a university-awarded programme (delivered by University of Wolverhampton or University of Gloucestershire, with registration administered through Achievers International Campus or CIIHE).

Section A: Qualifi Programmes (Delivered via Executive Academia)

Programme Cancellation:

If a Qualifi programme does not commence due to unforeseen circumstances:
- Students will receive a full refund of tuition fees paid, OR
- Be offered transfer into the next available intake (subject to approval).

Student Withdrawal (Before Programme Start):

  • ≥ 14 days before official start date → Full refund minus the non-refundable application/administrative fee.

  • < 14 days before official start date → 50% refund of tuition fees.

Student Withdrawal (After Programme Start)

Once the programme has commenced, no refund will be issued for voluntary withdrawal.

Instalment & Payment Plans:

  • Students on instalment plans remain liable for all agreed instalments once the course has commenced.

  • Failure to make timely instalment payments may result in suspension of access to classes, materials, and assessments.

Deferral of Studies:

  • Before programme start date → Deferral requests may be approved. Paid tuition fees will be carried forward.

  • After programme start date → Deferral considered case-by-case. Fees not refundable but may be credited if approved.

Non-Attendance or Change of Mind:

Refunds are not provided for non-attendance, lack of participation, or change of mind once enrolled.

Administrative & Application Fees:

All application, registration, and administrative fees are strictly non-refundable.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days of confirmation, via the original payment method.

Section B: University-Awarded Programmes

(University of Wolverhampton & University of Gloucestershire, with registration administered via Achievers International Campus or CIIHE)

Programme Cancellation:

If the university cancels or does not commence a programme, students are entitled to a full refund OR placement into the next intake.

Student Withdrawal (Before Programme Start):

  • ≥ 14 days before official start date → Full refund minus admin fees.

  • < 14 days before official start date → 50% refund.

Student Withdrawal (After Programme Start):

Once the programme has commenced, no refund will be provided for voluntary withdrawal.

Deferral of Studies:

  • Before programme start date → Deferral allowed; tuition carried forward (no refund).

  • After programme start date → Case-by-case by the university; fees not refunded but may be credited if approved. Admin fees may apply.

Exceptional Circumstances:

  • Permanent medical condition → Pro-rated refund with documents, subject to university approval.

  • Temporary medical condition → No refund, but course credit valid up to 6 months.

Non-Attendance, Change of Mind, or Dissatisfaction:

Refunds are not provided for non-attendance, change of mind, or dissatisfaction once enrolled.

Administrative & Registration Fees:

All application, registration, and administrative fees collected are strictly non-refundable.

Refund Processing:

  • Requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 30 working days, via the original payment method.

  • Refund eligibility will be verified with the relevant university.
